In Minneapolis it ends this eve at 8pm.
I guess it’s possible for Mpls to start a new one again tonight at 9pm, but if the first go-round had people whining, my guess is that a new snow emergency begun this eve would be asking for more abuse.

IIRC, the city has stated that they will not declare a Snow Emergency after 6PM.
