My beau and I saw Mr. Marmalade at the pay-what-you-can performance on Monday. We agree that Quinton’s review was spot-on (his beef seems to be primarily with the script), but we also felt that he gave short shrift to the entertainment value of the piece.
It was a funny, messed-up show – and well acted – an all-around entertaining (short – 80 minutes with no intermission) night of theater. Go see it.
