The Grandmarc located on Washington Ave. South. On the 7 corners... Room 111 The Grandmarc is a student housing apartment building for the U of M and AI.<br /> I lived there for about a year. The room is one of the only apartments equip to handle handicapped persons. My roommates and I all saw apparitions and heard voices. A teenage girl actually woke me up in the middle of the night poking me. When I opened my eyes she started screaming in my face and then disappeared. Strange black shadows followed us and dashed back and forth. Every morning I would wake up with a horrible stomach ache to the point of puking... I tried to look up some info about the building but hit dead ends everywhere... My roommate and I where laying in bed one night and the bed started to shake slightly and something started to play with my hair... I jumped up and jumped into my roommates bed when we heard a very loud knock on our wall... needless to say i was curious about it but my roommate slept on the couch from then on... anyways its pretty scary...
