Unfortunately, it’s a real issue. However, I am still writing despite going private.

Thanks grote, but I am SO not worthy. Hedy is one of the best bloggers I’ve read! Also, while I have posted some non-work-related content lately, I initially stayed away from that (esp. photos) for precisely the reasons that HDV is now having issues.

Kevin, you should make a sign declaring your love for the lady lawyers, and stand outside all four law schools and the courthouses in town. Most dudes back away slowly when they hear the L word. You could clean up.

As for Hedy Devine, I can’t help but wonder if at least a small part of her dramatic cloaking is to keep everyone talking about her. Drama!

That’s quite a misrepresentation of what I’ve said. Pasted below is what I actually said:

That’s hardly “encouraging retaliation”.

Those who choose to be fairly, or very, public in attacking some other individual(s) simply ought to expect that they will, in turn, become targets of personal attacks. . . . Like the old saying goes, “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.”

But if Hedy is actually being stalked or otherwise personally menaced (which I have no sense of, one way or the other, from what I’ve read here), then of course there can be no justification for that.
