Mall of America officials said this morning that they have signed a branding-rights deal with Nickelodeon that will bring characters from the network’s cartoons, including SpongeBob SquarePants, to the former Camp Snoopy.

The only thing that beat it on cable last week was the NBA Allstar programming. It finished 4th, 6th and 15th in the ratings for a total of 8.2 million viewers. That’s more than watched 24.

A long time ago. Charles Schulz marketed those characters on any flat surface that could hold print.

Oh man, I tried to find heydude on youtube and dailymotion a while back and came up emptyhanded, which made me very sad.
I did find a bunch of episodes of ‘are you afraid the dark,’ though!
