Schools, colleges, library, mall, bridge to Park Point, buses stopped running around 5 this afternoon and won't run Friday, plows were pulled from the streets from 6 PM until 3 AM, steady 50 mph winds and over a foot of new snow so far. I can't see out my windows because the snow is caked on them. Duluth is closed down today and tomorrow.
