Okay, I have a 7 year old who has never met his father. His father was invited repeatedly to see his new son, but never showed up and never called. He’s in Texas, I’m here in Minnesota. Any advice on how to deal with this? Any lawyers out there want to take a pro bono case? Anyone think I am wrong in not wanting him to see my child? I truly am having issues with putting a 7 year old on a plane to fly all the way to Texas. This just sounds to me like the makings of a non-custodial parent kidnapping.
