It’s been nearly 20 years since Town Hall let one of their brews hibernate in a barrel from Jack Daniels, tapping into a process that would flourish and build such a fanatic fan base they’ve since had to store their nearly 100-strong fleet of barrels offsite. The annual celebration of soul-pacifying brews runs Sunday through Sunday with daily releases, giveaways, and a six-course dinner on Wednesday. Pause at the brewery any day for flights of the barrel-aged brews and supping specials including a prime rib sandwich and Surdyk’s-approved cheese plate. We don’t like to play favorites, but the Double-Oak Foolish Angel, which went through sequential aging cycles in bourbon and wine barrels, is maddeningly tasty. Beer releases start Sun, Feb 17. Free. Dinner Weds, Feb 20, 7 PM, $99.Isabelle Wattenberg
