If band t-shirts are a barometer of a local group’s spreading popularity—and they are—then the dozens of Gully Boys Don’t Cry t-shirts we see at shows in the small bars and clubs paint a great picture of their up-tempo grunge-y garage rockers’ “play all over, all the time, win fans a few at a time” ethos.
