It can be hard to plan your Northeast taproom tour sometimes—only because there are so many choices that it can be difficult to hit everything up. That’s why summer festivals and block parties are so great, and this Sunday’s brewer block party put on by Sociable Cider Werks is especially great because it’s all about the beer and cider. Indeed, Barley John’s Brew Pub, 612BREW, Bent Brewstillery, Fair State Brewing Cooperative, NorthGate Brewing, Sociable Cider Werks (obviously), Fulton, and the new guys on the taproom scene, Bauhaus Brew Labs, will all be serving drinks. Your favorite Northeast food trucks (The Anchor, Simply Steve’s, Gastrotruck, and Scratch) will be serving grub, and there is an all-day lineup of music for your listening pleasure. The event is free to attend, but wristbands for drinks are $1, with pints and mixed drinks going for five bucks. Sunday, 2 p.m. Free. —EDJ
