Remember last week when we mentioned the Chum being put up at the U of M? Well, now that sucker is being moved to the Siberia Imagined and Reimagined exhibit at the Weismen Art Museum. Tonight an exhibit preview party, nay, a preview extravaganza beckons you. The exhibit features Siberian photography from Anastasia Rudenko, although the wintry landscapes will definitely make you think they were taken in Minnesota. The evening begins (for WAM members at the collector level) with a VIP tour from curator Leah Bendavid-Val. Then VIPs and regular folk alike can take part in an indoor/outdoor preview party with a cash bar, small bites from D’Amico, music from DJ Jonathan Ackerman and the chance to explore the aforementioned Chum. The night finishes up with an after party at Icehouse featuring  music by Red Daughters with The James Apollo Five. Friday, 6 p.m. (VIP), 7 p.m. (general). Free (after party tickets $8). —EJ
