If you missed the Roe Family Singers’ album release party this past weekend, you can still catch the band’s regular Monday night residency at the 331. During the show, the winners of last year’s Battle of the Jug Bands routinely kick out some of the best Bluegrass, Folk, and American Roots music in the Twin Cities, and they’ll be performing some of their new songs and standards off the new album, “The Owl and the Bat and the Bumble Bee”. Olde Tyme crooners and banjo pickers Pocahontas County takes the stage at 6:30pm and the Roe Family Singers start jammin’ at 9pm. There’s no cover, and daily drink specials available. For more information, head to the 331’s website.
