We almost wrote one too many Supers there because this really is The Super Tuesday everyone is talking about. Paper Darts writes, “Unless someone digs up John Berryman’s grave and brings him back to life as F. Scott Fitzgerald’s opening act, this promises to be the best lineup of the year.” Agreed. Celebrating the release of Amelia Gray’s new novel, Threats, the event brings the best of local and national talents to the stage for a night of readings. Dessa will be there. Amelia Gray will be there. Lindsay Hunter will be there. Only person not on the list yet is you.
The reading, or “drink soaked story hour,” is being put on by the fabulous Paper Darts Magazine. From zine to publishing house, Paper Darts is a literary dream come true right here in our backyard. We couldn’t be prouder. They’re also putting on a fiction contest with a $500 dollar prize that you’re definitely going to want to get in on. 7 p.m. Free. —LB
