If you’ve had a particularly exhausting week and the idea of loud music and booze doesn’t exactly hit the spot, Blue Moon Coffee Cafe has an evening that might be more up your alley. Aside from the awesome smell of ground coffee beans and pastries, and an assortment of games to choose from for your relaxing evening out, they’ll also be providing some literary entertainment. Anya Achtenberg, Richard Broderick, Sue Crouse, Roslye Ultan, and David Shove will be reading their short stories and poems to patrons, making for a less mind-numbing and more social alternative to evening TV. 7:30 p.m. Free. —AA
