As much as Palmer’s has been a longtime staple of the West Bank, live music has been a big part of the bar’s small stage and equally cozy patio. And now that band- and bar-man Tony Zaccardi owns the “Sorry, We’re Open” spot, expect the tunes to continue—and then some. The two-day Palmfest includes everyone from Nato Coles to Eleganza to the Palmer’s All Stars to a significant appearance by Spider John Koerner, and that’s just a small sample of the bands playing. Check out the lineup and take a cab since parking is tight and the party is sponsored by Fulton and Jameson. Friday, July 27th-Saturday, July 28th. $5.Johnny Cairo
