Since you’re going to be in Nordeast MPLS anyway for First Thursday open studios (see below), be sure to pop over to Public Functionary. Tonight’s another installment of their FD13 residency series, this time with the amazing LA-based visual artist Sara Ludy. Ludy’s “digital fantasy” work crosses between websites, animation, sculpture, and even audio-visual performance, and for the PF installation she will be featuring several coordinated projections, including immersive large-scale images that will make you feel like the hero of a William Gibson novel. 5-9 PM. Free. —Tracy Oxford
