Summer is sadly more on the way out than on the way in, so if you still need to cross off “Go to an outdoor music and movie showing” from your warm weather bucket list, strike while the temp is hot. Tonight’s installment of the Walker’s Summer Music and Movies pairs the classic Fritz Lang silent espionage film Spies with a newly developed soundtrack by local soundsmiths Dark Dark Dark that will be performed live during the screening. The mix was commissioned by the Walker and promises to be so engaging you could probably also cross “live art experience” off your list, too. The music starts at 7 p.m. with The Current’s Barb Abney doing a DJ set and the movie begins when the sun sets. More info on Spies and Dark Dark Dark’s music at the Walker’s website.
