Sometimes the most unconventional and routine daily acts can be the most revolutionary. Take for example the dissemination of knowledge on something as simple as Wikipedia—with the overwhelming majority of the small cadre of wiki editors being men, just adding accurate information about notable women in art history so it’s available and accessible can be a highly political act. To get this info out there, the Walker is hosting an Art + Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon with tutorials, research assistance, and even a computer if you need it, to help tackle the inequality of representation on what’s become many people’s main reference source. Female editors are encouraged to attend, but any and all editors can become arts cyber-activists. Sunday, 12-4 PM. Free. —Tracy Oxford
