With more than 1,000 artworks at $30 each, you really can’t go wrong. And with that money benefitting Simpson Housing Services, you can even go really really right. Photographs, prints, and watercolors from emerging and established names will be on display. With each work measuring a dainty 5″ x 7″ there’s no way you don’t have some room in your decked-out apartment for more art. And hey . . . what’s happening this Sunday? Something about mothers?

Simpson Housing Services is unique among groups working for the homeless population because it believes in housing first, meaning, it realizes that before any other part of the puzzle can fall into place, people need somewhere to live. The event is one night only with a preview preceding the sale. How many birds can you kill with one stone? Or rather, how many birds can you make totally happy with one . . . stone? You get the idea. Preview at 5 p.m. Sale at 7 p.m. Free. –LB
