Marketing & PR Intern (unpaid)
Help with general site marketing, event marketing, and public relations work. Help organize and host Rake-sponsored events, and assist the publisher with client and reader communications. Requires online interaction to spread the word about our blogs and articles, and ability to represent Secrets of the City at various public events.

Edit Intern (unpaid)
Help find and enter events for the events calendar, and maintain an updated restaurant database. Write up short descriptions for upcoming events, both for the calendar and for Secrets of the Day. Assist contributors by creating capsule previews or reviews from their articles. Includes opportunity to write some film, theater, and/or music reviews. The position also requires some proofreading, fact checking, and mail handling.
Proven writing skills and organization skills a must. Candidates with experience or concentrations in specific arts and culture fields preferred
