Please do not send pdfs or other images which contain the text of your announcement, as these formats make it less likely that we will retype the information into our format. Please do not send Microsoft Word files. Please cut and paste the text of your word document directly into the body of your email.
If you wish to include an image which illustrates your event, you may do so if it is a small (around 10K file size, and less than 300 pixels wide) jpeg or gif. There is no guarantee the image will be used.
