Get funky at Fair State Co-op‘s second annual festival of mixed fermentation beer. The brewery is digging deep into the cellar to pour 21 different fruity, funky and terrifically tart beers, including unreleased barrel-aged sours, limited reserves of previously released small-batch bottles, and award-winning favorites. This year’s Mixed Culture will be held at Fair State’s new production brewery in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood, making it the first opportunity for public access. The party will also offer food trucks, live screen printing, tunes from DJ Nimo the Hooligan, and samples of Prohibition’s kombucha. 21+.
