Party like its 1999 with the fabulous Barb Barb, and local Minneapolis divas Bebe Gallini, Julia Starr, and Nikki Vixxen, who will take the stage with Jujubee (television personality and comedian seen on RuPaul’s Drag RaceDrag U), for an Oscar-worthy show not to be missed! Rock the night away for the rest of the night with DJ Jonathan Ackerman. This fabulous evening will include a dance party, Vogue style photo booth, cash bar, hosted hors d’oeuvres, and ice cream sundaes!

Saint Paul Murals Project @ the M

Toast the Minnesota Museum of American Art’s new murals on 4th Street! We’re throwing a block party with live music by Realtree, food truck snacks by Twin Cities Pita, and craft beer from St. Paul’s newest brewery, 12welve Eyes. Step up to the Utopian Podium, enjoy fun and games at the SPARKit mobile trailer, mingle with the mural artists, and much more. Presented in partnership with the City of St. Paul and the Historic Pioneer Endicott, with support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.

Are you 21-39 and Opera Curious? Join Tempo, Minnesota Opera’s young professionals group, for an afternoon of music and fun in Saint Paul on Sunday, October 1st. Mix it up with an opera concert and a food truck park, in that order. The day begins at Minnesota Opera’s 55th Anniversary Celebration with a 75-minute season preview concert. Then head to the new Seventh Street Truck Park for mingling, games, beverages made in Milwaukee, and chances to win prizes—including a free Tempo 2017-2018 Tempo membership! This Sunday Funday will be a low-key way to check out the opera and meet Tempo members.
